1.0 Usage of CTR-4000

This terminal cross section analyzer is an integrated touch screen terminal cutting and grinding instrument: water-cooled precision automatic cutting and automatic grinding. Precision cutting and grinding time: 5-45 seconds, wire diameter range AWG000-AWG42, 0.008-450mm2, accuracy: 2μm. This system is suitable for terminal cross section analysis and testing requirements in the automotive, home appliance, and electronics industries.

2.0 System characteristics

2.1. No need for resin solidification In the past, the resin solidified and hardened the cutting; then the rough grinding and polishing were time-consuming and labor-intensive, and it took several hours to make a sample. Now, this product does not require resin solidification, and it can be completed in about 45 seconds to make a sample.

2.2. Fully automatic cutting and grinding machine This cutting and grinding machine can achieve precision cutting and grinding. It has a “learning mode” that allows you to operate by looking at pictures (exclusive in the industry); customers can even set parameters by themselves for personalized cutting, grinding and polishing; Visual cutting position (exclusive option in the industry), the cutting position can be set arbitrarily, the positioning accuracy is within 5um, and there is no damage to cutting and grinding and polishing.

The fixture is made of exquisite stainless steel (others use aluminum which is easy to wear), with fine teeth, a good assistant for precision cutting, and corrosion resistance.

in Chinese and English (exported to Asian, European and American markets), supports 32-bit and 64-bit systems of win XP, win7, win8, win10; can analyze more than 10 standard test data such as compression ratio C/R, C/H, C/W, fully meeting standards such as VW60330, Renault 36-05-019/–G, PSA 9634115099, QC T 417.1-2001, etc.;

You can also customize the test standard, without worrying about the standard; accurately locate the test position, simple screen, one-click export. Terminal cross-section test report (Excel format), can be saved or printed.
